1. ABOUT GOVINDU

Govindu is an independent streetwear label built around experimentation, unconventional silhouettes, reconstructed ideas, and the freedom to create outside traditional fashion categories.

Our products may be structured, oversized, reconstructed, experimental, playful, unconventional, or a combination of these. We do not claim to define what streetwear should be; Govindu is a space where we explore what it could be.

The products and content available through our website are intended for customers in India.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasonable reasons, including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel or make a material change to your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation of an order before the product has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any return, refund, or exchange after dispatch will be governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request received after processing has begun will be successful.

Govindu currently ships to locations across India.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes communicated to you. However, delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, strikes, natural events, logistical disruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the order cannot be delivered as a result, additional shipping or reshipping costs may apply where applicable.
