What sizes do you offer?
Most pieces come in XS–XXL. Check the Size & Fit Guide on each product page for the most accurate sizing information.
Do you offer regular sizes as well?
For volume 1, the brand has experimented with oversized fits. As we evolve, we'll also be exploring regular fits in future collections.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days across India, depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets. All available options are shown at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across India. You'll also get an extra 5% off if you pay online (prepaid).
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to update your address.
What's your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, for unworn items with tags intact. See our Return & Refund policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also use the Track Order link in the menu.
Are the product colours accurate?
We try our best, but colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
